Height, density and views

Supreme Towers and Godrej Skyline are high-rises of around 30 floors, which buys long views from the upper floors. The Reserve stops at 20 residential floors and puts its space into the ground instead: more than an acre of open space with no vehicles, around a central lawn. Skyline is the most private, with two or three homes per floor; The Reserve's 3 BHK wing has six.

Amenities

Supreme and Skyline both put their showpiece amenities high up: Supreme's Cloud Walk bridge on level 33 and rooftop lap pool, and Skyline's sky level with a temperature-controlled pool. The Reserve's amenities are at ground, podium and terrace level, with a swimming pool, a gymnasium of over 2,000 sq ft, a yoga pavilion, box cricket, a multi-sports area, a banquet hall with a garden and an amphitheatre.
