Godrej Skyline

Godrej Skyline is a luxury residential development by Godrej Properties in Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune, on a 3.75-acre land parcel at the corner of a 30 m and an 18 m wide road. Four towers rise to B + G + UG + 5 podium levels + 29 floors, and each tower holds only one home type: Towers 1 and 4 are entirely 3 BHK with just three homes per floor, and Towers 2 and 3 are entirely 4 BHK with just two homes per floor. Towers 1 and 2 form the Luxury series, with imported marble in the living, dining and bedrooms, TOTO fittings and 3 BHK homes of 1,549 to 1,586 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of 2,397 sq ft. Towers 3 and 4 form the Windsor series, with 3 BHK homes of 1,349 to 1,363 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of 1,808 to 1,811 sq ft (total RERA area, including balconies). All-inclusive prices start at ₹3.49 crore for a Windsor 3 BHK, ₹4.05 crore for a Luxury 3 BHK, ₹4.69 crore for a Windsor 4 BHK and ₹6.09 crore for a Luxury 4 BHK. Living and dining rooms run up to 32 ft 10 in wide in the Tower 2 4 BHKs, and both 4 BHK towers have a servant room with its own toilet. Every 3 BHK gets two car parks and every 4 BHK three, all tandem or independent (no mechanised or stack parking), with EV-enabled bays and about 40% of the parking space kept for visitors. Amenities are spread over a landscaped E-deck and a sky level linking all four towers: a swimming pool, leisure and kids' pools, a temperature-controlled sky pool, sky gym, squash and indoor badminton courts, a paddle and half-basketball court, spa, mini theatre, library and sky workspace. Trump World Centre is about 4 minutes away, Magarpatta Cyber City 11 minutes, Kalyani Nagar 14 minutes and EON IT Park 18 minutes. The project is registered with MahaRERA (PM1260002400007, registered 20 September 2024) with a proposed completion date of 30 November 2029, and is IGBC pre-certified Gold (August 2024).
