Supreme Towers

Supreme Towers is a luxury residential project by Supreme Universal, with Sukhwani Realty, in Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune, near The Westin. Two towers stand on a 3-acre land parcel, each with a basement, ground and podium level and 32 residential floors, and a Cloud Walk sky bridge on level 33 links them. A typical floor has just four homes, two 3 BHK and two 4 BHK. The 3 BHK homes measure 1,427 sq ft (1,292 sq ft carpet plus 134 sq ft of balconies) and the 4 BHK homes 2,178 sq ft (1,937 sq ft carpet plus 241 sq ft), with a 25 ft living and dining room, a 25 ft 6 in balcony and a servant room with its own toilet. Larger 5 and 6 BHK homes of 2,626 and 2,854 sq ft and 4 BHK duplexes of 4,356 sq ft, which the brochure calls Sky Palaces, are also offered. Prices start at ₹3.30 crore for a 3 BHK, ₹5.16 crore for a 4 BHK, ₹6.50 crore for a 5 BHK, ₹7 crore for a 6 BHK and ₹11.50 crore for a 4 BHK duplex, with floor rise, corpus and maintenance charged extra. Amenities spread over four levels and about 1 lakh sq ft: a rooftop lap pool, Vista sky bar, stargazing deck and outdoor cinema; a jacuzzi, spa, gymnasium, yoga deck and residents' lounge on the Cloud Walk; a kids' pool, aqua gym, play area, crèche, amphitheatre and jogging path on the podium; and gardens, a practice court and a multipurpose hall at ground level. Homes have imported marble in the living and dining room, Hansgrohe and Duravit fittings, air conditioning in the living room and every bedroom, a modular kitchen with hob and chimney and DG backup of up to 5 kVA, and the building offers valet parking and a concierge desk. Tower 1 is sold out and Tower 2 is on sale. The towers are registered with MahaRERA as P52100053868 (Tower 1) and P52100056095 (Tower 2), with a RERA completion date of June 2029; the developer expects possession in December 2028.
