Price per square foot
On starting prices, Supreme Towers works out to roughly ₹23,100 to ₹26,400 per sq ft of total carpet area, and Godrej Skyline to roughly ₹25,400 to ₹26,200 per sq ft of total RERA area. Both figures include balconies, so they are broadly comparable, but Supreme's will rise once floor rise and other charges are added, while Skyline's prices are all inclusive.
Density and privacy
Skyline is the lower-density project: two homes per floor in its 4 BHK towers and three in its 3 BHK towers. Supreme has four homes per floor, spread over 32 residential floors in two towers.
Amenities
Both projects put amenities up high. Skyline has a sky level linking the tops of its four towers, with a temperature-controlled sky pool, sky gym and library, above a landscaped E-deck with pools and courts. Supreme has a rooftop with a lap pool, sky bar and outdoor cinema, a Cloud Walk amenity bridge on level 33 with a spa, gym and jacuzzi, and a podium with a kids' pool, aqua gym and amphitheatre.
