Indrayani Nagar, the planned Pradhikaran sectors on the Bhosari side of Spine Road, has become one of Pimpri-Chinchwad's busiest addresses for larger family homes, close to Bhosari MIDC, the PCMC court and Spine Road's shops. Santiago Skyworld 2.0 by Santiago is its newest launch: a 12-storey tower on Sector 7 Road with just six 3 BHK homes per floor above a row of shops.
This guide covers the homes, prices, amenities and location, using the developer's cost sheet and launch details.
In short: Santiago Skyworld 2.0 offers 3 BHK homes of 1,332, 1,348 and 1,375 sq ft from ₹1.47 crore agreement value (about ₹1.65 crore all inclusive) and 3 BHK garden flats of 1,471 to 1,956 sq ft from ₹1.59 crore, each with two covered car parks. Possession is planned for December 2028.

Inside the homes
With six homes on a floor, every home gets three balconies plus a separate dry balcony, and a private aangan, a small entrance court, outside the front door. The developer highlights a spacious designer kitchen with premium fittings, efficient, Vastu-compliant layouts and a wide staircase. Garden flats
The garden flats are 3 BHK homes with private gardens, in four sizes from 1,471 to 1,956 sq ft, one for each position on the floor. At about ₹10,780 per sq ft they cost slightly less per square foot than the standard homes, which makes the 1,471 sq ft garden flat at ₹1.59 crore the best value in the building for buyers who want outdoor space.
Amenities
Instead of spreading amenities around a large campus, Skyworld 2.0 stacks them. The first floor has a swimming pool, an indoor gym, an indoor games room, a library and a co-working space, and the rooftop has further amenities with open views over Pradhikaran.

Shops
The ground floor has premium commercial shops facing the road, which the developer pitches for retail, showrooms and offices. Shop sizes and prices are on request.
Location
The developer's travel times: shopping malls about 2 minutes; COEP University, the PCMC court, Star Bazaar, international schools and colleges, hospitals and petrol pumps about 5 minutes; and more than ten hotels about 10 minutes. Spine Road runs close by, with quick access to the highways, and the developer also points to an upcoming IIM campus and metro station about 5 minutes away. Our Indrayani Nagar locality guide covers the neighbourhood in more detail.

RERA and possession
Possession is planned for December 2028. The MahaRERA number for Skyworld 2.0 was not on the material we received; the first Skyworld project on Spine Road is registered as P52100079452. Before you pay a booking amount, ask for the 2.0 registration and check it yourself; our guide to what every buyer should verify on MahaRERA shows how.
About the developer
Santiago is a Pimpri-Chinchwad developer with more than 23 years of experience, according to its brochure. Its completed projects include Golden Nest, Santiago Nest and Santiago Skyline in Wakad and Shine City in Chikhali, and it is building Santiago Skytown in Ravet and Santiago Sunrise in Sangvi alongside the two Skyworld projects.
Our view
Skyworld 2.0 suits families who want a large 3 BHK in Pradhikaran in a small, low-density building: six homes per floor, two car parks each and amenities a lift ride away. At about ₹11,060 per sq ft, it is priced in line with its Sector 7 neighbour Atlantis, which we compare in Santiago Skyworld 2.0 vs Atlantis. Confirm the RERA registration and the carpet area of your home before booking, and if you need a loan, start with our 2026 home-loan checklist.
