Villament is the developer's word for an apartment with villa-like space. In practice that means generous layouts with deep balconies, a typical 4 BHK with 113 sq m of carpet plus an 18 sq m balcony, and two or three covered car parks per home, more than most apartments in the area. The first-floor garden flats go further, with private terraces of roughly 760 to 1,340 sq ft.
Amenities
Atlantis lists more than 25 amenities. There is a swimming pool with an infinity edge, a kids' pool and deck, a multifunctional gym with changing rooms, a barbecue lounge, indoor games and a multipurpose hall with a pantry. The rooftop adds a stargazing deck, party deck, yoga deck, exercise station, viewing deck, pergola seating, a senior citizens' seating court, a community gathering space and a children's play area.
Specifications
Homes have 800 x 1200 mm HD ceramic tiles throughout, designer dado tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen, Jaquar or Kohler fittings, a designer laminate main door with a digital smart lock, AC points in the living room and master bedroom, inverter provision and three-track powder-coated aluminium sliding windows. The kitchen has a granite or tile platform with a stainless-steel sink, and the dry balcony has a washing machine point. High-speed lifts have generator backup, and solar panels power the common areas.
