Atlantis is a residential and retail project in Sector 7, Pradhikaran, Indrayani Nagar, Bhosari, developed by Kesar Group with Tulsi Promoters India and Atharva Buildcon. Above shops on the ground, mezzanine and part of the first floor, it offers 3 and 4 BHK homes that the developer calls villaments, with a typical floor of two 4 BHK and six 3 BHK homes. The 3 BHK homes measure about 1,123 sq ft and the 4 BHK homes about 1,460 sq ft, and the first floor has 3 BHK garden flats of about 1,869 and 1,911 sq ft that come with large private terraces. Agreement values start at ₹1.26 crore for a 3 BHK, ₹1.63 crore for a 4 BHK and ₹1.96 crore for a garden flat; with stamp duty, registration and GST, the total packages are about ₹1.41 crore, ₹1.83 crore and ₹2.20 crore.
