The sheet does not price the 799 and 845 sq ft 2 BHK homes in wings C and D, the 1,269 sq ft 3 BHK or the 1,482 sq ft 4 BHK in Wing A, so ask whether those are still available. The prices are "onwards" figures, so check what is included: when they are extra, GST and stamp duty alone add about 12 percent.
Layout of the site
The four towers stand in a line along the main road, with the clubhouse at the corner where two roads meet. Behind them sits the podium, with an infinity-edge pool and kids' pool, a play area, a multipurpose lawn and an amphitheatre. Further back, at ground level, are a pickleball court, a multipurpose turf, a jogging track, a bonfire area, a yoga deck, a pet park and a kids' adventure play area. The developer counts about 2 acres of the 6-acre site as open space.
Wing B is a 4 BHK-only tower with two homes per floor and three lifts. Wings A, C and D have four homes per floor. The road-facing podium holds 36 shops and four floors of offices, sold separately as Tulip Infinity Evana Commercial.
Amenities and specifications
Amenities include a covered pool as well as the infinity pool, a gym, a squash court, a mini theatre, a spa and salon, a steam room, co-working space, guest rooms and a party hall. The brochure lists Aluform construction, a Hafele digital main-door lock, a video door phone, 1200 x 1800 mm tiles in the living and dining room, POP false ceilings throughout, a modular kitchen and Kohler or equivalent bathroom fittings.
Location
The project is at Rasikwadi on the northern edge of Punawale, beside the Pawana river. The brochure map puts it about 200 metres from the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway service road, near the Pawana river bridge at Ravet, with Adhira International School and Lotus Business School close by.
