What each floor offers
Every office floor has a commercial lobby, three lifts, a staircase and separate gents' and ladies' washrooms, along corridors 6'7" to 8'1" wide. The offices have glazed fronts, and most have a small toilet of their own. The second, third and fourth floors are mostly small units of 205 to 491 sq ft. The fourth floor also has four offices of 517 to 649 sq ft and a 1,517 sq ft corner office with a curved glass front.
Is it a good fit?
From about ₹20.5 lakh, the small offices are a low-ticket way to own an office close to the highway and to the homes above. The flip side is that Punawale is still mainly residential, so the offices will suit businesses that serve local residents, such as clinics, tuition centres, accountants and agencies, more than large corporate teams.
