These are the sizes on offer in October 2026; prices exclude GST, stamp duty and registration. The developer's sheet also gives a saleable area of about 1.5 times the carpet area, for example 554 sq ft for the 369 sq ft shop, but the ₹35,000 rate applies to carpet area.
How the shops are laid out
The shops run in an L along the project's two road frontages, with a 1-metre walkway in front of the row. Shops along the main road are mostly 9 to 21 feet wide and 22 to 30 feet deep; the units at the corner and along the side road are larger. A commercial lobby with lifts sits in the middle of the row, and gents' and ladies' washrooms are on each floor. Each shop has a mezzanine of about half its ground-floor area.
Who will walk in
The four towers above are planned for several hundred families, and the project sits about 200 metres from the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway service road near the Pawana river bridge at Ravet. Daily-needs retail, pharmacies, clinics, cafes and services are the natural fit. Check how many shops nearby already sell what you plan to sell, and how much passing traffic the side road gets.
What to check before you buy
Ask for the exact carpet area of the ground floor and mezzanine, the ceiling height on each level, the shop's frontage and what can be displayed on it, parking for customers, and the maintenance charge.
