The 2 BHK Regalia adds a second balcony and a 10'0" x 19'8" living and dining room. The 2 BHK Luxe (822 + 90 sq ft) adds a 5'4" x 7'10" work-from-home room and an 11'0" x 20'4" living and dining room.
The 3 BHK Signature (1,013 + 98 sq ft) has an 11'0" x 20'10" living and dining room, two master bedrooms of 11'0" x 14'0" and 11'0" x 13'0", the larger with a dresser, a 10'0" x 12'0" guest bedroom, three bathrooms and two balconies.
