The 2 BHK suits a couple or small family on a budget under ₹1 crore; its rooms are compact, but the enclosed balconies make the bedrooms feel larger. The 3 BHK gives two master suites and a wider living room for about ₹30 lakh more, and it is the better buy per square foot.
