How a Montreal duplex works

In the 3 BHK duplex, the lower floor has the entry, a 13' x 20'6" living and dining room under a double-height ceiling, a 10'4" x 12' kitchen with a dry balcony, a 13' x 5' balcony, one bedroom of 10'6" x 14'6" with its own toilet, a common toilet and a small store under the stairs. Upstairs, a passage overlooking the living room leads to two more bedrooms of 10'4" x 12' and 10'6" x 14'6", two toilets and a 10'6" x 4' balcony.
The layout separates the public part of the home from the private one, and the double-height living room gives a sense of space a flat of the same size can't match. The trade-off: stairs inside the home, which matters for elderly family members, and a little area lost to the staircase and void.
Amenities

The developer lists more than 40 amenities: a mini Olympic pool, a clubhouse with a lounge, multipurpose hall, gym and indoor game zone, aerobics and zumba, a yoga zone, a futsal court, a mini cricket ground, an amphitheatre, a jogging track and children's play areas, with landscaped courtyard gardens between the towers.

Location and the township
Pride World City lies at Charholi Budruk, in Pimpri Chinchwad's north-east corner, between the Alandi road and Lohegaon. By the developer's estimates Pune airport is about 20 minutes away, Viman Nagar and Alandi about 23 minutes, Kalyani Nagar about 30 and Kharadi about 35. The proposed Pune Ring Road is planned along the township's northern side. Inside the township, more than 10,000 families already live alongside an international school, shops and clubhouses, which is the main reason buyers choose it over standalone towers nearby.
