The 3 BHK L has a 10'6" x 18' living room with a 7'7" x 10'7" dining space, a 10'7" x 8'4" kitchen, bedrooms of 10' x 12'6", 10' x 13'7" and 10'11" x 10'8", three toilets, two balconies and a utility balcony.
The XL adds about 100 sq ft: an 11' x 19' living room, an 11' x 13'10" master bedroom and a work-from-home desk.
Six homes a floor, a 7-acre podium
Each tower has just six apartments per floor served by three lifts, so lifts are less crowded than in the 8 to 12-homes-a-floor towers common in Pune. The towers stand around a 7-acre podium with the clubhouse and swimming pool, children's play areas, gazebos, landscaped walkways and a cricket ground.
Location and the township
Pride World City lies at Charholi Budruk, in Pimpri Chinchwad's north-east corner, between the Alandi road and Lohegaon. By the developer's estimates Pune airport is about 20 minutes away, Viman Nagar and Alandi about 23 minutes, Kalyani Nagar about 30 and Kharadi about 35. The proposed Pune Ring Road is planned along the township's northern side. Inside the township, more than 10,000 families already live alongside an international school, shops and clubhouses, which is the main reason buyers choose it over standalone towers nearby.
