Towers and layout
The site is a long strip along an 18 m road. Four towers stand in a row along the road, with a fifth at the southern end; the clubhouse, swimming pool and a retail block with a supermarket sit at the northern end, and the sports courts and gardens run along the western edge. Towers D and E, the third and fourth in the row, are the first to be registered, together with a small two-unit building G.
Each floor of towers D and E has eight homes, four 2 BHK and four 3 BHK, arranged in two mirrored wings so that every home faces either east or west.

What comes with the home
- Home automation, a Yale digital lock and a video door phone
- A semi-modular kitchen with hob and chimney
- Jaquar or Grohe bathroom fittings
- Parking, included in the all-inclusive price
Amenities
The master plan lists more than 40 amenities: a swimming pool, kids' pool and pool deck next to the clubhouse, a party lawn, pickleball courts, a MUGA court, a walking and jogging track, a yoga and open gym area, an amphitheatre and open lawn, children's and toddlers' play areas, a sandpit, a senior citizens' plaza, a reading pavilion, a biodiversity park, a forest trail and herbal, butterfly and sculpture gardens. A retail plaza and a supermarket or department store sit within the cluster.
Location and the township
Pride World City lies at Charholi Budruk, in Pimpri Chinchwad's north-east corner, between the Alandi road and Lohegaon. By the developer's estimates Pune airport is about 20 minutes away, Viman Nagar and Alandi about 23 minutes, Kalyani Nagar about 30 and Kharadi about 35. The proposed Pune Ring Road is planned along the township's northern side. Inside the township, more than 10,000 families already live alongside an international school, shops and clubhouses, which is the main reason buyers choose it over standalone towers nearby. Before you book
- Possession is five years away. Check that the date in your agreement matches the MahaRERA date for your tower.
- Only towers D and E are registered so far; ask which tower and floor your price applies to.
- Ask for the maintenance and clubhouse charges, which the launch sheet doesn't show.
- Our RERA checklist covers what else to verify.
