Homes and prices
All four layouts are 2 BHK homes with two bathrooms and two balconies. The areas below are the brochure's usable area, which is the RERA carpet plus the open balcony and utility area.

Inside the homes
Every layout has the same core rooms: an 11'0" x 17'0" living and dining room, an 8'0" x 9'0" kitchen with a dry balcony, a 10'0" x 11'3" master bedroom and a 10'0" x 10'3" second bedroom. The bigger homes add space around that core. The 715 sq ft Type 2 has a 4'0" x 7'6" pooja or work-from-home room, and the 754 sq ft Type 1 a 4'0" x 7'8" pooja room plus an 8'0" x 5'0" walk-in wardrobe off the master bedroom.
Each home comes with a biometric digital lock on the main door, a smart door bell, DG backup of up to 2 kVA, AC points in both bedrooms, invisible grills on the windows and a prepaid water meter.

The site is on Kate Wasti Road near 18 Latitude Mall, on the Punawale side of the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway. The brochure puts the expressway and the highway about 3 km away, the Bhumkar Chowk IT corridor 4 km, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi 7 km and the Wakad Chowk metro station 6 km. Adhira and Poddar international schools are about a kilometre away, and D-Mart about two.
