Our view
For an all-2 BHK project, the amenity list is unusually complete: two outdoor courts, a pool, three air-conditioned studios and dedicated spaces for toddlers, children and elders. Inside the homes, the biometric lock, DG backup and AC points are features many projects in this price range leave to the buyer. As always, these are brochure promises for a project due in December 2030, so make sure the specifications you care about are written into your agreement.
