What homes are available?

4.25 BHK homes of 1,781 and 1,800 sq ft and 4.75 BHK homes of 1,887, 1,889, 1,935 and 1,946 sq ft. These figures are carpet area plus balcony; the carpet areas alone are 1,575 to 1,726 sq ft. There are six homes on each floor, two 4.25 BHK and four 4.75 BHK.

What do 4.25 BHK and 4.75 BHK mean?

Both have four bedrooms. The 4.25 BHK adds a small maid's zone next to the kitchen; the 4.75 BHK adds a separate staff quarter with its own toilet as well. The architect's plans label them 4 BHK and 4.5 BHK.

Every home has a King's Chamber of 11' x 14' or 15' and a Royal Suite of 11' x 16', each with its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The other two bedrooms measure about 10' x 12' to 11' x 13'8".

How high are the ceilings?

The developer specifies a 3.27 m slab-to-slab height, which its sales team describes as 11 ft ceilings. Ceilings after flooring and false ceiling work will be a little lower.

What is the service deck?

A separate deck of about 10' x 4'7" to 10' x 4'11" off the kitchen and maid's zone, for washing and drying. The developer says it comes with every home at no extra charge.
