In short: every home on the sheet is priced at about ₹9,100 per sq ft. The 747 sq ft 2 BHK is the cheapest at ₹67.98 lakh (about ₹76.4 lakh all in), and the 3 BHK costs about ₹24 to ₹28 lakh more than a 2 BHK for roughly 260 to 300 extra sq ft, a third bedroom and bathroom and an aangan.

The 3 BHK homes
The 3 BHK homes of 1,044 and 1,049 sq ft have about 935 sq ft of RERA carpet and 114 sq ft of balconies, plus a 25 sq ft aangan by the entrance. The 1,049 sq ft layout has an 11'4" x 16'6" living room, a 5'6" x 8'4" dining area, a 10'3" x 8'0" kitchen, three bedrooms of 10'0" x 12'2", 10'0" x 11'0" and 11'0" x 13'5", three bathrooms and three balconies.
Garden homes, the 1 BHK and the offices
