The brochure, cost sheet and plan we received give no MahaRERA number. The plot is about 415 sq m, and the RERA Act does not require registration for projects on 500 sq m of land or less. Ask the developer for its RERA status, building permission and commencement certificate before booking.

The documents we received don't give a possession date, so ask the developer for it in writing.
