It is presented by Talreja Group together with Ailsinghani Group, and the MahaRERA registration is held under Mohar Lifespaces LLP. The towers rise to about 32 storeys and offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. The floor plans released so far show 2 BHK homes with carpet areas of about 735 to 841 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of about 1,017 to 1,033 sq ft, excluding balconies, while listings quote a 4 BHK of around 1,636 sq ft including balconies. The developer does not publish a price list, so prices are on request through the sales team. Amenities include a swimming pool with infinity edge, indoor and open gyms, a badminton court, a sky lounge, a co-working space, a home theatre, a play zone and a jogging track. The developer lists Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, Xion Mall and Euro School about five minutes away, and Infosys Phase 1 and Balewadi High Street about ten minutes away. The project is registered under MahaRERA number P52100079426 with possession set for December 2028.
